4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Premium features are available through a one-time purchase of $5.99 USD per certification (or equivalent in your local currency). Each certification app is unlocked separately; the unlock is a lifetime purchase with no recurring subscription fees. The exact price depends on the certification and on your country, and may change over time — the price displayed by the App Store or Google Play at the moment you confirm the purchase is the price that applies. Two things are not covered by it: ExamCertAI at ai.examcert.app, which is a separate web service with its own subscription and its own terms, and the optional AI Tutor credit packs, which are separate one-time in-app purchases.

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes
• By making a purchase, you also agree to the respective app store's terms of service

4.3 Refund Policy

To claim a refund under our guarantee:

1. Complete at least 90% of all practice questions in the app
2. Achieve 85%+ on at least 3 mock exams
3. Fail your official exam on the first attempt
4. Submit proof of exam failure within 30 days
5. Contact us at [email protected]

For standard refunds (within 24 hours of purchase), please contact the respective app store. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

If a dispute arises from these Terms or your use of the Services, please raise it with us first at [email protected]. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the matter informally before either party commences proceedings.
