Refund Policy

Refunds are provided by the entity you contracted with, as set out in our Terms.

Australian Consumer Law: If you are a consumer in Australia, the guarantee described on this page is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not limit, exclude or replace them. See Terms of Service section 7.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our refund guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

How to Claim Your Refund

1. Gather Documentation: Prepare your official exam score report showing a failing result
2. Email Us: Send your refund request to [email protected]
3. Include Required Information:
   • Your app store purchase receipt
   • Official exam score report (with failing score)
   • Screenshots of your in-app progress showing completed questions and mock exam scores
   • Email address associated with your purchase
4. Wait for Review: We'll review your request within 5 business days
5. Receive Refund: If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

What's NOT Covered

Our refund guarantee does NOT apply in the following situations:

• Second or subsequent exam attempts
• Free version users (premium purchase required)
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after exam failure
• Incomplete practice requirements (less than 90% questions attempted)
• Mock exam scores below 85%
• Fraudulent or falsified documentation
• Account sharing violations

These exclusions apply to our voluntary money-back guarantee only. They do not limit the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If our Services have a major failure — for example, if they are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, or are unfit for a purpose we described — you are entitled to a refund or a replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, regardless of the conditions listed above.

Standard Refunds

For refund requests not related to exam failure:

• Within 24 hours: Full refund, no questions asked
• After 24 hours: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Standard refunds must be requested through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as they process all payments.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are entitled to a remedy under a consumer guarantee, you can raise it with us directly at [email protected] and we will help you, whichever store processed your payment.
