What is your refund policy?

Can I share my purchase with family members?
No — Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library are not enabled on our in-app purchases, so an unlock covers the account that bought it. It does follow that account onto every device signed into it, phone and tablet alike.
Does one purchase unlock every certification?
No. Each certification is a separate app with its own one-time $4.99–$5.99 unlock — Apple and Google tie an in-app purchase to a single app, so buying AWS SAA-C03 doesn’t unlock AWS Security Specialty. What you buy is permanent: lifetime access and free updates for that certification, on every device signed into the same Apple ID or Google account.
How often is the content updated?
We update our question bank weekly to ensure alignment with the latest exam objectives. When certification providers release new exam versions, we update our content within 2-4 weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods supported by the App Store and Google Play, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and carrier billing in select countries.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes! Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not a specific device. Use ExamCert on your phone, tablet, or any other device signed into the same account.

Why do I see a different price?
Premium is $4.99–$5.99 depending on the certification — the bigger question banks cost a little more. On top of that, Apple and Google convert to your local currency, and prices can change over time, so the amount you see may not match the figures on this page. The price shown in the app and on the store listing at the moment you buy is the one that applies.
Is ExamCertAI included in the $4.99–$5.99?
No. ExamCertAI is a separate web app with its own free tier and its own monthly subscription. Buying an app unlock doesn’t include it, and an ExamCertAI plan doesn’t unlock the mobile apps. Two different products, bought in two different places.
What are the 200 AI Tutor credits in the app?
The app includes an AI Tutor that re-explains any question in plain language. Premium owners get a starter batch of credits free. If you run out and want more, you can buy a 200-credit pack as a one-time in-app purchase.
