Two things make PSM I uniquely challenging: the 85% pass mark (higher than most IT certs) and the 45-second average per question. You can't deliberate. You either know it or you don't.

80 questions in 60 minutes = 45 seconds per question. Practice with a timer. If you can't answer within 30 seconds, flag it and move on.
Watch Out for "Real World" Traps
In the real world, Scrum is messy. Companies modify it. The exam tests PURE Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. Answer based on the Guide, not your company's version of Scrum.
