Microsoft does not mark this exam as a simple percentage. The published standard is: 700 or greater on a scale of 1 to 1,000 passes. That number is a scaled score, which is not the same thing as the number of questions you answered correctly.

Scaled scoring exists so that a candidate who sits a slightly harder form is not punished for it. Raw answers are converted onto a fixed scale, and the conversion moves a little between forms.
